The Vivo NEX 2 is a flagship device that has an exciting new camera setup having only the rear lenses, which can work for both photography and video calling. The performance of the device is very promising and the battery backup is ample enough. However, there is no expandable storage.
Display and Configuration
The Vivo NEX 2 flaunts a 6.59-inch complete bezel-less display having no notch. It comes with an AMOLED screen having a resolution of 1,080 x 2,316 pixels and a density of 388 PPI. Under the hood, it packs two quad-core Kryo 385 processor having a clock speed of 2.8GHz and 1.8GHz which is based upon the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset. It can deliver great performance together and is assisted by the Adreno 630 GPU that handles the graphics. There is a 6GB RAM which ensures there will be no lag while gaming or multitasking.
Camera and Battery
The device has been provided with triple rear cameras having 12MP + 12MP + 5MP lenses which can capture amazing pictures with clarity and natural colour reproduction. There is no lens at the front, hence the selfie and video calling would be carried by the primary sensors. To keep the device running, there is a Li-ion battery having a huge capacity of 4,100mAh which can provide immense power backup. It also features the fast charging support that can refill the battery in a short time.
Storage and Connectivity
The Vivo NEX 2 has a storage capacity of 128GB which is huge to keep the files and data of the users. It ensures there would be hardly any shortage of space. There is no external memory slot. In terms of the connectivity, the device comes with 4G VoLTE enabled. Other options include Wi-Fi 802.11, b/g/n, Mobile Hotspot, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS with A-GPS and Glonass, USB Type-C, etc.
